How to judge whether the product is suitable for thermal transfer?

Heat Press Sublimation Machine.jpgAlthough the scope of the thermal transfer process seems to be all-encompassing, in reality, there are still some workpieces that cannot be surface-printed using the thermal transfer process. How do you determine which products are suitable for the thermal transfer process?

The material of some substrates is difficult or impossible to apply to the thermal transfer process. For example, stainless steel without paint, wood with no lacquer, two-component paint on the surface of the substrate, silicone material, material that can not be pressed by the heat, and low-pressure material blown.

The material of some substrates is difficult or impossible to apply to the thermal transfer process, such as uneven surface of the substrate, excessive or too small substrate, too large or too small printed area of the substrate. There are also some substrates that, because they cannot be accurately distinguished from a theoretical point of view, must be identified by means of thermal transfer test.
